Service Options

A service stream is a package of hours you purchase ahead of time for specific services, such as IT, Operations, Design, Marketing, etc.

We do not offer splitting services across a stream.

No obligation. Month-to-month agreements.

Management Stream

Coordinating and tracking efforts with your team

  • 1-2 hours per week

  • $500 per month

Reinforcement Stream

Implementing, as well as coordinating and tracking efforts

  • 3-5 hours per week

  • $1000 per month

Pillar Stream

Managing solutions in collaboration with and/or on our own.

  • 8-12 hours per week

  • $1800 per month


Support Tiers

Response time definitions and expectations.

Standard

  • 2-hour response time during business hours.

  • Tickets are resolved in the order of your preferred priority, generally within 1-3 days.

  • Business Hours - 8am to 8pm, excluding Federal Holidays

Urgent

  • 15-30 minute response time.

  • Tickets are resolved generally within 1-4 hours.

  • Extended Business Hours - 8am to 11pm, excluding Federal Holidays

Emergency/Crisis

  • Instant response.

  • We’ll drop everything and focus only on this issue.

  • 24/7, 365 Days a year


Hourly Rates

We offer two tiers of rates. Partner and Standard.

If you have us on any month-to-month stream, you get partner rates.

You can hire us at our standard rates if you are not running a stream.

Travel is accrued at IRS standard mileage business rates.

Business/Support Hours:

Standard Business Hours. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, our standard hours of operation are:

8am-6pm M-F

  • Calls and even "urgent" calls during these hours are treated as part of included streams. 

  • Those urgent calls may bump project efforts to later dates than anticipated. 

  • We'll keep on these projects and priorities in our weekly meetings.

  • Should you need support outside of the above parameters, we'll bill by the hour. 


Accountability / Transparancy

We’ll keep a detailed log of hours, and have those sent to you weekly so you can see where time is being spent.
