Harmony Bug is a project that aims to drastically improve consensus in groups by crowdsourcing the complete lifecycle from problem to proposal. It is currently in a "Discovery" phase (wireframes and mind-maps), as we develop an alpha. I'd like to pursue this as an open-source effort, but new to the arena.
